*Guests are requested to confirm key receipt and property condition during check-in.
*Dispose of trash responsibly as instructed by the caretaker.
*A trained caretaker is available to assist guests during their stay.
During Your Stay
*Only guests mentioned in the booking confirmation are permitted on the property.
*No unregistered visitors or overnight guests are allowed.
*One guest must provide a valid government-issued ID during check-in (Aadhaar Card preferred).
*Foreign nationals must provide passport and valid visa details prior to arrival.
*Additional guests beyond the booking confirmation will be charged on a pro-rata basis.
*The kitchen may only be used for preparing or heating infant food/formula.
*Cooking or meal preparation in the kitchen is otherwise not permitted.
*Outdoor music is strictly prohibited after 10:00 PM.
*Indoor music may be played at a low and reasonable volume after 10:00 PM.
*DJs, parties, and professional sound systems are not allowed without prior host approval.
*Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
*Smoking, vaping, hookah, chewing tobacco, gutka, and spitting are strictly prohibited inside the villa.
*Dedicated outdoor smoking areas may be used responsibly.
*Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted.
*Illegal substances, firearms, escort services, or unlawful activities are strictly prohibited.
*Violations may result in immediate eviction, penalties, and legal action.
*Eating or drinking on beds is not permitted. Damaged linens or mattresses will incur replacement charges.
*Beef and pork consumption or possession is strictly prohibited on the premises.
*No footwear is allowed inside the villa. Guests are requested to use indoor slippers or remain barefoot indoors.
*Please eat and drink only in designated dining areas.
*Guests are requested to maintain cleanliness and dispose of waste properly.
*Furniture, décor, and villa items must not be moved or removed from their original place.
*Certain rooms or storage areas marked private are strictly off-limits.
*Park vehicles only in designated parking spaces.
*Vehicle washing or repairs are not permitted on the property.
*Electricity backup is available; however, power outages caused by external providers are beyond host control and are non-refundable.
*Guests are requested to use water and electricity responsibly.
Swimming Pool Rules
*Pool Timings: 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM
*Pool usage is not permitted after 9:00 AM on check-out day due to maintenance and filtration procedures.
*Proper swimwear is mandatory while using the pool.
*Eating, drinking, smoking, glassware, and unsafe behaviour are strictly prohibited near the pool area.
*Children must be supervised by adults at all times near the swimming pool.
*Running, diving, jumping, or horseplay near the pool, balconies, or stairways is prohibited.
*The pool is unguarded and guests use it entirely at their own risk.
*The host/property management shall not be responsible for any accidents, injuries, or mishaps.
Additional Rules
*Bonfire and barbeque services are chargeable add-ons and subject to availability and weather conditions.
*Lost or misplaced keys will incur a replacement charge of ₹5,000.
*Guests are responsible for any damages or breakages caused during the stay beyond normal wear and tear.
*Major damages will be charged immediately.
*Meal orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
*Laundry service is available every alternate day for stays longer than two nights.
*Guests are solely responsible for their personal belongings and valuables.
*The host/management shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to guest belongings.
*Guests must comply with all local laws, regulations, and society rules applicable to the property.
*Violation of house rules may result in immediate termination of stay, forfeiture of deposits, additional charges, cancellation without refund, and reporting to relevant authorities or booking platforms.
Before You Leave
*Gather used towels

*Return all keys to the caretaker

For peak dates including long weekends, holidays, and festive periods, refunds will be processed only if the property is successfully rebooked for the same dates.
