Cancellation Policy

Clear and transparent booking guidelines

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Payments shall be made exclusively via:

  • Cash
  • UPI
  • Indian bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
  • Debit cards, credit cards, and e-wallets are not accepted unless explicitly approved in writing.

2. Booking Confirmation

  • A reservation shall be deemed confirmed only upon receipt of 50% of the total booking amount (“Booking Advance”).
  • The property reserves the right to cancel any tentative reservation without prior notice if the Booking Advance is not received within the specified time.
  • The remaining balance amount, along with the applicable security deposit, must be paid in full at or before check-in.

3. Cancellation Rules

  • More than 14 days prior to check-in: Partial or full refund may be applicable after standard deductions.
  • 7–14 days prior: Partial refund.
  • Less than 7 days prior: No refund.
  • Peak dates / long weekends: Strictly non-refundable.
  • No-show / early check-out: No refunds for unused nights or services.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Allowed only once, subject to availability and prior notice (minimum 7 days).
  • Not applicable for last-minute bookings or peak dates.
  • Price differences (if any) must be paid.

5. Force Majeure

Events including but not limited to power outages, adverse weather conditions, government orders, or infrastructural disruptions shall not qualify for refunds, provided the property remains operational and habitable.

By confirming a reservation, the guest agrees to comply with the cancellation terms stated above. No exceptions will be made for personal reasons or travel disruptions.
