Check-in & Check-out *Check-In: 2:00 PM *Check-Out: 11:00 AM *Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and chargeable at ₹1,500 per hour unless approved in advance. *Guests must provide a valid government photo ID and address proof during check-in (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driving License). *For non-Indian nationals, each guest must provide a passport with a valid Indian visa along with photocopies of the photo ID and visa pages. *Bookings may be cancelled if passports are damaged, tampered with, or if travel is denied by airline authorities. *A caretaker is available for basic cleaning assistance and may not be available throughout the day. During Your Stay *Only the number of guests confirmed at the time of booking are permitted to stay at the villa. *Non-registered guests or visitors are not allowed without prior written approval from the host. Additional charges may apply for approved visitors. *Smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or hookahs inside the villa is strictly prohibited. *A fine of ₹2,000 per incident will be deducted from the security deposit for indoor smoking. *Repeated violations may result in immediate eviction from the property. *Guests are requested not to carry or store any inflammable, explosive, illegal, or hazardous substances at the villa. *Please cooperate during intermittent power cuts or load shedding in the area. No refunds will be provided for power outages beyond our control. *The property is surrounded by nature. Guests are requested to keep doors and windows closed and take necessary precautions against insects or pests. *During monsoon season, certain outdoor areas may become slippery or inaccessible due to moss or heavy rainfall. Guests are requested to exercise caution. *Any damage caused to the villa, furniture, fixtures, appliances, or surrounding property during the stay shall be chargeable to the guests. *The villa owner and staff shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, damage to personal belongings, accidents, injuries, or unforeseen events during the stay. *Commercial photography not allowed without approval Swimming Pool Rules *Proper swimming costumes must be worn while using the pool. *Eating and drinking in or around the swimming pool is strictly prohibited. *Children below 12 years must use the pool only under adult supervision. *Running, diving, and rough play near the pool area are strictly prohibited. *Pool Timings: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM *No lifeguard is provided at the property. Guests use the swimming pool at their own risk. Additional Rules *Guests are expected to follow all house rules and cooperate with the villa staff during their stay. *A refundable security deposit of 5000/- must be paid before check-in and may be adjusted against damages, unpaid dues, extra guests, or chargeable amenities. *The host reserves the right to refuse entry or ask guests to vacate the property in case of misconduct or violation of house rules. Before You Leave *Dispose of all waste in designated bins *Switch off lights, fans, ACs, and appliances *Hand over keys to the caretaker *Ensure no personal belongings are left behind
