Check-in & Check-out *Check-in after: 2:00 PM *Check-out before: 11:00 AM *As required by law, every guest above 4 years must carry a government-approved photo ID proof with address. During Your Stay *Outside food is not allowed in the villa. *Guests are not allowed access to the kitchen except for infants with prior permission. *During power outages, inverter backup is available; however, ACs will not function on inverter power. *Guests cannot invite additional visitors or day guests during their stay. *Bachelor groups and stag parties are not allowed. *Consumption of alcohol is permitted only within reasonable limits. *We do not encourage parties or late-night revelry. *Loud music is not permitted after 10:00 PM. *Smoking inside the villa/rooms is strictly prohibited. A penalty of Rs. 10,000 will be charged if found smoking inside the villa. * This is not a Pet Friendly Villa, A cleaning charge Rs.15,000 will be applicable for guests bringing pets *The swimming pool may be used till 10 pm. *Children using the pool must always be accompanied by adults. *Guests are requested to take care of their personal valuables. Management is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Additional Rules *Illegal activities including carrying or consuming drugs/narcotics and carrying firearms or weapons are strictly prohibited on the property. *Management reserves the right to report any such activities to local authorities. *Inappropriate behaviour or violation of house rules may result in refusal of booking or immediate eviction from the property. *Security Deposit: ₹10,000 per room (refundable upon checkout, subject to no damages). Before You Leave *Gather used towels. *Dispose of all rubbish in designated bins. *Switch off lights, fans, ACs, and appliances before leaving. *Return all keys to the caretaker at check-out.
